How to order?

 

Ordering process is really simple on our website. Below, we have mentioned the steps to make a purchase from our website. 

  1. Find a product that you like.
  2. Click on “Add to Bag” button.
  3. On “Shopping Cart” page, check order details and click on “Proceed to Checkout” button
  4. On “Checkout Details” page, fill in your details & choose payment option. Click on “Place Order” button.
  5. Pay in the next window.
  6. Note down your ‘Order ID’ for future reference.

Is there any Quality Assurance for the items ordered?

 

Each garment manufactured at Ibadat is delivered to the customer only after it has cleared a stringent quality check process. The process is implemented at each stage of production, starting from the sourcing of the fabric, all the way down to the two final checks before it finally reaches our warehouse. Each garment is made with an equal amount of love and passion.


What if I have any complaint regarding my order?

Does Ibadat have any physical stores?
 

 

Yes. Ibadat does have retail stores in New delhi , Gurugram , Ghaziabad , Faridabad , Dehradun , Hyderabad & Lucknow .


Do you take alteration requests?

 

No , currently we do not take specific / custom alteration requests .

 


Do you provide Wholesale pricing?

 

Yes , we do provide our goods on a wholesale / B2B basis . Simply send an email to Info@ibadatkurtis.com or connect with us on 011-42351014 to know more .

 

Does the price vary with sizes?

The prices for sizes XS- XXL are the same. However,prices for sizes 3xl and 4xl are higher than the other sizes .

 

 DELIVERY

Do you delivery to my location?

We accept only Prepaid Orders (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking Orders)
As far as prepaid orders are concerned, Ibadat delivers to almost every location in India.

    What if I do not accept COD order?

    We currently don't accept any COD payments. We only accept and ship pre-paid orders.

    Can I change the delivery address of my order?

    The delivery address of your order can be changed if the order has not been shipped yet. If your order has not been shipped yet, you can raise a request by contacting the customer service team on 9810140469 or emailing us at info@ibadatkurtis.com.

    Do you ship overseas?

    Yes, Ibadat does ship outside of India. For international orders, there is no ‘Cancellation / Return / Exchange’ available.

    You can place the order personally with us on 9810140469, since the website isn’t optimized yet.

    Note: International order may incur additional import charges by foreign country’s government’s custom/relevant department. Though, usually there is no import charges for textiles

    How long does it take to receive my order?

    All orders are delivered in a maximum of 10 working days across India. However, there might be delays due to extraneous factors.

    How can I make payment at IBADAT?

    At IBADAT, we accept two modes of payment:

    1. Pay Online – You can make online payments via
    • Pay U Money: BHIM, UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking or various Wallets. Even international cards are accepted.

    *Since we ship through third party logistics companies, there are a few Pin Codes that are not serviceable. 

    How can I get my receipt?

    You can download a receipt from the ‘My Account’ section on ibadat website.

    RETURNS / EXCHANGES

     

    How can I Cancel my order?

    Cancellation of order is allowed till the status of the order is ‘Processing’ (i.e. before shipment is confirmed”

    Refund in case of Cancellation of an order:

    Refunds will be issued to the same ‘bank account / card / wallet / ibadat website wallet’ used for placing the order.

     

    Can I Return my Order?

    We return products only against store credit. Return request can be initiated only ‘once per order’  and ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:

    1. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
    2. Tags should be intact
    3. Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price
    4. Product(s) is/are not custom altered

     

    Refund in case of Return of product(s):

    • Refund to Account– We DON'T offer any refunds against returns. You can either take store credit or choose an alternate product with same or more value for exchange.

      Please note that reverse parcel take anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Store Credit/Exchange will be processed ONLY after we receive customer’s parcel back (a maximum 20 days after pickup) and product(s) pass(es) the quality check.

    Can I Exchange Purchased Product(s)?

    Exchange Policy

    Customer can initiate exchange for product or size. Exchange request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:

    1. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
    2. Tags should be intact
    3. Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price
    4. Product(s) is/are not altered / custom altered

     

    We will provide reverse pickup facility to the customer?

    Please note that reverse parcel take anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Exchange order will be processed ONLY after we receive customer’s parcel back (a maximum 20 days after pickup) and product(s) pass(es) the quality check.

    If there is any excess amount after exchange order is created, it will be credited to customer’s Ibadat website wallet only after receiving the original product(s) back to our warehouse. This amount can be deducted from payable amount of any future order on our website.

    Custom Tailored Items /  Altered Items

    We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Excluded Categories

    For product(s) in Jewellery or Mask category, there is no ‘Return / Exchange’ available.

     

    International Orders

    For international orders, there is no ‘Cancellation / Return / Exchange’ available.

    Note: International order may incur additional import charges by foreign country’s government’s custom/relevant department. Though, usually there is no import charges for textiles

     

    Can I exchange product purchased from your physical store on your website or vice-versa?

     

    No, the physical store orders and online orders are treated separately.

     

    WASHCARE

     

    How do I wash IBADAT products?

     

    We recommend Dry-clean for first few times and after that you can ensure that they last for a long time by:

    1. Washing them in cold water
      2. Avoiding soaking them
      3. Drying them in shade

    We are confident that your garments will remain in excellent condition if handled this way.

    Note: Dark colors such as Indigo and Maroon tend to rub against the skin and other surfaces. However, this quality of the fabric dwindles away after 4 to 5 washes. Kindly take note before purchasing such colors.

    Note: Only Dry-clean is accepted for garments of Chanderi fabric.
